AMD describes World Labs’ work as relevant to simulation, design and physical-AI applications. Reuters reported an $8.2 billion all-stock value; AMD’s release did not state a price, so that figure is attributed to Reuters.
The agreement is subject to closing. Integration outcomes, customer adoption and commercial performance remain unproven.
