Anthropic announced Claude Frontier Academy on October 2, backed by a $100 million commitment. The company’s target is to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027; that is a goal, not a reported number already trained.

A deployment workforce program

The first cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk. Anthropic describes a multi-day in-person program followed by a 12-week residency for participants who pass assessments.
