Automation Anywhere entered a definitive agreement to acquire Boost.ai from Nordic Capital, adding customer-facing conversational and voice AI to its agentic automation portfolio. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

Connecting customer conversations to back-office execution

Automation Anywhere says Boost.ai serves hundreds of organizations, supports more than 36 languages and has particular strength in regulated sectors including financial services, telecommunications and insurance. The buyer plans to connect those front-office interactions to workflows across ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.

The announcement did not disclose financial terms. Product reach, resolution-rate and autonomy claims in the releases are company-reported, and the deal has not yet closed.
