ElevenLabs launched ElevenAgents Architect on October 6 as an alpha feature for creating and improving conversational agents by talking or typing. The company positions Architect as an expert layer inside ElevenAgents that understands prompts, workflows, voices, tools, procedures, guardrails and simulations.

From diagnosis to a versioned proposal

Architect can analyze transcripts, failed tests or escalation patterns, then propose configuration changes and write simulations to test them. ElevenLabs says every proposed change lands as a versioned draft and still requires human approval before it goes live.

The company says teams can also use Architect to describe new experiences and can access it through supported tools including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and Grok Bot. The product is available now in alpha; independent evidence about production reliability or resolution-rate impact was not located.
