ElevenLabs said on September 30 that it completed a $300 million employee tender offer valuing the voice-AI company at $22 billion, twice its February Series D valuation. Wellington and T. Rowe Price led the transaction.

Liquidity, not new operating capital

The company describes an employee share tender led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price. This provides seller liquidity rather than $300 million of new primary operating capital. The valuation is a negotiated private-transaction price, not a continuously traded market capitalization.

Growth metrics remain company-reported

ElevenLabs links demand to its conversational-agent business and says enterprise accounts for 55% of revenue. Reuters and its CNA distribution corroborate the tender and valuation; CNA is the same syndicated reporting, not a second independent investigation. Revenue mix and customer usage remain company-reported.
