Flow Engineering announced September 30 that it raised a $50 million Series B at a stated $750 million valuation. Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management co-led the round, with Sequoia Capital and other investors participating.

Agents for systems engineering

The company builds AI agents that connect requirements, CAD, simulation, code and testing for complex hardware programs. Flow says customers include Rivian, Anduril, General Motors, Joby Aviation and Stoke Space, and that Rivian adoption grew from 40 to 1,500 users in seven months.

Flow says the proceeds will expand its AI and systems-engineering teams, review and evaluation controls, regulated-industry certifications and sales capacity. TechCrunch independently reported the financing, but the valuation and adoption metrics remain company-reported.
