PaleBlueDot AI announced October 1 that it closed a $200 million Series C led by ComputeCore at a stated $3.2 billion valuation. B Capital, an existing shareholder, also participated.

Capital for compute capacity

The company says the proceeds will expand its AI compute footprint and broaden the hardware and locations available to customers. PaleBlueDot describes its business as GPU clusters, a compute marketplace and serverless inference.

The release also reports more than $5 billion in customer contracts as of the end of September. That is a company-reported contract figure, not independently verified revenue or recognized sales; no separate independent confirmation of the financing terms was located in this review.
