Lambda estimates about $500 million in local tax revenue over ten years using current tax rates. The announcement does not establish final construction cost, committed electrical capacity or an operating date.
The development adds announced compute capacity to the pipeline; eventual scale depends on permitting, power delivery, construction and demand.
